Hi, I’m Amanda!

I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach living in the best place on earth – New York City – and I also just happen to be a full time CPA.

Besides spending time at the gym or in front of an excel spreadsheet, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and whiskey (on the rocks – mostly, but sometimes I’ll drink an old fashioned). Kind of a weird mixture for a fitness influencer and coach but I think this gives me some sort of edge – stick with me here. If I’m able to enjoy my life and have other responsibilities outside of fitness and still see progress, I have no doubt in my mind that I’ll be able to do the same for you.

My whole goal with starting this business is to show people, especially women, that you can incorporate healthy living into your already busy lifestyle. You can go out to dinner or brunch, drink alcohol, and eat your favorite foods without feeling guilty or without spending hours in the gym the next day.

I’m sure you’ve heard the term “everything in moderation” but we’re never really taught how to implement that. Let me show you how and let me give you the tools to make this year your most successful fitness year ever!

Why Strength?

There are many versions of fitness, but it was important to me that I became a strength coach.

Of course, I could list the benefits of strength training: boosting metabolism, improving mental focus, supporting longevity but that honestly isn’t why I fell in love with it.

My journey started during the pandemic, when all the gyms were closed and I was doing bodyweight workouts in my small apartment. Before that, I was bouncing around from fitness class to fitness class, trying to burn as many calories as I could. I treated movement like something I had to earn or burn off.

Everything changed when I started focusing on getting stronger.

When I shifted from “How many calories did I burn?” to “What can my body do?” two things happened:

  1. My mindset became about building rather than taking away.

  2. I finally saw real, sustainable progress.

I fell in love with that mindset shift and with the confidence and clarity strength training gave me. I wanted to bring that same feeling to more women (and men): the feeling of becoming stronger, more capable, and more grounded inside and out.
