About the Class

Want to burn fat & build muscle, but don't know where to start? Striving for that toned look, but can't seem to make progress? Have you ever walked around the gym aimlessly thinking, "I wish someone would tell me what to do so I know I'm getting a good workout?"

If you answered yes to any of these questions, let me introduce you to my new resistance training class: Strength In The City. This class is an intelligently designed, upbeat, full body strength training workout that was created to maximize the effectiveness of your workout and take the guesswork out of exercising, while still being fun and engaging.

We will use barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and / or kettlebells to target different muscle groups and to increase intensity of the workout. If you're brand new to strength training, no problem! This class is perfect for beginners - I will provide step by step instruction to teach the proper form of each exercise, as well as to provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels.
