I believe fitness should fit into your life, not take it over. I have a full-time career outside of coaching, so I understand what it is like to juggle long workdays, family, friends, and everything else. I show you how to make progress without giving up the things you enjoy. I am never a just-do-this-because-I-said-so type of coach. I ask questions, keep you involved, help you understand the why behind what you are doing, and give you the tools to build long-term habits.

Yes. Beginners are always welcome. Whether you are brand new to the gym or returning after a long break, I explain every movement in a clear and simple way. I provide form cues, guidance, and modifications so you feel comfortable and supported the entire time. You never have to worry about being lost or not knowing what to do.

Strength In The City is a full body strength training class created to help you build muscle, burn fat, and actually enjoy your workout. It is held at The Independent Training Spot (54 W 39th St, 2nd Fl) in NYC. We use barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells to target different muscle groups. Everything is structured for you, so you never have to guess what to do next. The class is upbeat, beginner friendly, and designed to maximize results while still being fun.
-
Yes. Every exercise can be adjusted to match your comfort level. If you are new to strength training or working through an injury, I give you variations that allow you to move safely and confidently. You can always ask for help during class, and I will be right there to guide you.

My online coaching program includes an individualized workout plan, custom nutrition guidance, form checks, weekly check ins, and ongoing support whenever you need it. I help you build habits that last and teach you how to reach your goals without cutting out your favorite foods or spending hours in the gym. I am in your corner the entire time, and I keep you accountable while making sure you feel supported.

Everything is built around you. Your schedule, your preferences, your goals, and your lifestyle all determine how your plan looks. I never hand out generic templates. I create a plan that you can follow consistently and adjust it as you progress so it always makes sense for your life.
-
Yes. I am a big believer in moderation. You do not need to give up dinners out, brunch, or a drink with friends to make progress. I will teach you how to enjoy your life and still work toward your goals without guilt or restriction. Fitness should add to your life, not take anything away.

You do not need to live in the gym to see results. Most clients train a few times per week, and the amount of time depends on your goals and your schedule. I help you find a routine that feels realistic, not overwhelming. Consistency matters more than perfection.
-
This depends on your starting point and how consistent you are, but many people start noticing changes within the first few weeks. The biggest improvements often come from small daily habits like better sleep, smarter nutrition choices, and structured workouts. I guide you through all of this, and we track your progress together.
